You must be 100% satisfied!

1. If you don't like it FOR ANY REASON, return it. You don't need an authorization number. Just send it back at your expense, insured, within 45 days with a note of explanation and we'll refund the price of the ring, but not your shipping charges, if any. Rings returned with visible signs of wear will be charged a 10% restocking fee for polishing.

2. If it doesn't fit, or you would like to exchange it for a different style, fill out the form included with the ring, then send it back at your expense, insured, within 45 days and we'll send you a new ring. Please check on the form which shipping option you would like. We do ask you to pay what it costs us to ship the replacement ring out to you. ($10 for UPS Ground, $15 for 2nd day Air, $35 for Overnight).

3. We no longer charge a restocking fee for the return or exchange of platinum or fancy ring styles. We stand behind our rings 100%. We do ask that you do all in your power to ensure that you order the right size for your finger. 4. All special orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon return. Engraved rings cannot be returned.
