The rings are 14K solid gold, and heavyweight. The comfort-fit bands are especially heavy, and are very beautiful. We probably even get our rings from the same supplier that sells to your local jeweler.

How can you sell the rings so cheap?

1. We don't mark up the rings the traditional Triple Keystone (in layman's terms, three times wholesale).
2. We don't carry a lot of inventory which ties up a lot of money. We do inventory the plain gold bands, but for the more expensive rings we use just-in-time ordering. That might mean a bit longer wait for you, but cheaper prices every time.
3. We're not a brick and mortar store. We're strictly mail order. So you're not paying storefront costs or high commissions. Just us on the Web.

How quickly can I get the rings?

With the plain gold bands most will ship on the next business day after we get your order. The fancy styles and platinum take 5-7 days before they are shipped. Special orders and extra large sizes will take longer. There is no charge for UPS Ground shipping, which can take from 7 to 10 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available for $20; Next Day Air for $45.

What is your return policy?

All of our rings are fully guaranteed. If you don't like the ring return it, insured, within 45 days and we'll refund your money. If would like to exchange for size or style, send it back, insured, within 45 days and we'll replace it. You'll only pay the cost of return shipping. What's the difference between half round and comfort fit?

The half round bands are flat on the inside, whereas the comfort fit bands are rounded on the inside to go on more easily, which makes them thicker and heavier, and fit a litte bigger.

How do I know what size to order?

The best way to find your size is to go to a jeweler or to the jewelry counter at a store like Wal-Mart and ask them to size your finger. Then try several rings in that size and at least as wide as the ring you're thinking of ordering. Keep in mind that Comfort Fit bands feel bigger than 1/2 Round bands, and wider bands will feel smaller. Email orders@linedesign.com with questions.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, you can have your ring engraved. The cost is $30 per ring, available in a block or script font (See Examples Below). Be aware that engraved rings cannot be returned, so be sure of your size and style before you order. Email orders@linedesign.com for more details.
